Mr.Vanga Suresh Babu is the training and placement officer brings sound technical and managerial experience from his IT experience in UK and US. He has got more than Twenty One years of experience in IT at various levels which includes Delivery Head, People Manager, Project Manager in handling wide variety of business applications and technologies for banking, insurance and retail stores. His journey in IT started with Wipro as a project trainee in 1996. He has worked for CBSI, Square D, IBM, RBS Group(UK) and Hexaware (US) as deli-very head for the onsite team in chicago as his last before coming to India. After returning from US he started his own industry in Plastic and which is been running successfully having collaboration.

Having exposure in US and UK for more than 14 Years with sound technical and managerial experience across various lead sectors brings rich experience to share to the upcoming generations with his vision. His motive is to inculcate the habit of executing effective implementation and rectification of engineering problems in the minds of all concerned students, in which they can apply in their professional life in future. He strives for academic excellence of students by imparting quality education with emphasis on soft and communication skills.

He also look after designing, implementing and evaluating outreach work to raise the college-level attainment of students from a widening participation background. This will involve developing a suite of events, activities and resources that will be delivered by the University of Reading and embedded into existing intensive outreach programmes, as well as working closely with external strategic partners. Through this work, he will also promote the value of higher education, and contribute to the wider objective of encouraging quality applications to the University of Reading and increasing applications from those in under-represented groups.

His role involves working at pace in a fast-moving environment; a strong understanding of the raising attain-ment agenda in university outreach, as well as knowledge of the school sector and curricula; managing projects and resources; personally representing and promoting the university to young people, and their parents and teachers; and building and maintaining strong networks of internal and external stakeholders.

Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our institution. The institute has provided the complete infra-structure for effective functioning of the cell. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards ge-nerating placement and training opportunities for the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes.

• Manage educational institution based placement services and activities.
• Conduct workshops and seminars regarding career preparation, interview skills and job search techniques.
• Orientation of students on job readiness techniques, labor market and vocational information.
• Support job seekers, especially students, to obtain job of their choice and skill.
• Interact with various corporate human resource departments to understand current vacancies.
• Initiate and implemented internship for course students with the support of corporate and public sector organizations.
